Booking Information

For late arrivals or early departures, the remaining days are charged at 100%. You can check in the apartments by 03.00 p.m.

Please vacate the apartment not later than 10.00 a.m.

Final cleaning will be charged according to flat size and number of persons from Euro 50,00!

Euro 3.00 per person and night (from 15 years). The local tax has to be paid directly and in cash.

We accept EC Cards (Germany, Austria and The Netherlands),  cash or credit cards

If you are not allowed to arrive due to Corona regulations (entry restrictions), you can cancel free of charge! 

Cancellation fees for cancellations up to 3 months prior to scheduled arrival: 10% administration fee + no cancellation fee OR free change of travel dates, subject to availability, price may vary depending on travel dates. Total price of the modified reservation may not be less than that of the original reservation.

Cancellation fees for cancellations up to 1 month prior to arrival: 10% administration fee + 40% cancellation fee of the total price of the booked stay OR free change of dates, subject to availability, price may vary depending on dates. Total price of the modified reservation may not be less than that of the original reservation.

Cancellation fees for cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival: 10% administration fee + 70% cancellation fee of the total price of the booked stay.

Cancellation fees in case of cancellation up to the day of the planned arrival or in case of no-show: handling fee 10% + cancellation fee amounting to 90% of the total price of the booked stay.

Our cancellation conditions are in accordance with the Austrian Hoteliers Association!
