We recommend that you take a photo of the ski pass ID when you receive the ski pass.

If you lose your ski pass on the slopes, you can go straight to the ticket office at the cable car and get a new ski pass after showing your ski pass photo.

Please note that the ski pass ID is clearly legible in the photo.

Check in is possible from 2 pm.

It is delivered daily in summer and winter! Please return the bag every day to reception!

You have the opportunity to have breakfast at hotel Castel (additional charge)

If you stay a week or longer your apartment will be cleaned once a week. Towels are changed every 4th day automatically. Please let us know if you have any further wishes.

To clean up an apartment we need a little more time. Please leave the flat until 09:30 am! If the furniture is damaged, it has to be compensated.

The caretaker -> Ms Salner will check the flat with you on the day of departure. In case of a premature departure we charge 100 % till the original day of departure!

All our apartments are equipped with fire indicators. We kindly ask our guests to avoid thick smoke while cooking. Heavy smoke development will activate the fire alarm. In case of fire alarm please remain calm and open windows and balcony doors immediately.

Please settle your invoice the day before your departure, either by cash or credit card (Visa or Master Card).

Please always take your key card with you cause the entrance door is normally closed.

The hotel assumes no liability for any valuables in the room.

The rubbish has to be separated carefully. The separated rubbish will be removed by us.
Please put batteries and old edible fat into a box in the kitchen or give it to the reception.

Please don’t walk with your street shoes into the house! If possible please put off your shoes in the ski room, thank you!

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that persons who are not registered in the house must be registered with the house management. Even if they are only visiting. Thank you!

Every room has a safe which is located in the closet. The instruction is inside. Please don´t close the safe before you leave! The Austrian contract conditions are valid in our hotel. ATTENTION!! Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for money or valuables lying around in your room.

All our guests can use the Depots at the Pardatschgratbahn for free. You receive Key Cards for the depots at the reception.

Please deposit your ski equipment at the depots or at our ski cellar, not in your apartment.

Please smoke outside on the balcony. You will find Ashtrays on the wall. Our apartments are non-smoking apartments!

You can get a line directly from your room by lifting the receiver and dial “0” to activate the line. Euro 0,25 / unit, If you want to phone another apartment, please dial “2” than the apartment num-ber.

Wireless LAN can be used free of charge throughout your apartment. You will find your login in your apartment! Please be informed that downloads are not unlimited.
